weird, people I haven't seen since grade school are adding me on facebook

Shawn

Lifer
At least 8 or 9 people I knew in elementary or middle school have added me to their friend list on facebook. It's really strange. It feels like a lifetime ago since I have talked to these kids. I don't even know why they added me. So much has changed since then... I doubt any of us are like who we were when we were kids.... 😕

it happens. Accept or reject and get on with your life. Don't bother actually communicating with them. Some people are facebook whores, is all.

Sorry, I've been doing that whole work/life/raising a child thing and haven't had much time for the internet...wtf is facebook? Is that like myspace?

true, but highschoolers are unable to contact college students in any way.

[thefacebook] is great, I've met like 10 girls on it, I don't mess with myspace though (the demographic of myspace isn't what I'm looking for, even for a fling). Brandeis parties suck (Bently college which is in Waltham too is better in this respect, but they still aren't great), so it's a great way to meet one of the 15 non-Jewish girls (I don't have any problems with Jews, my stepdad is Jewish, but Jewish girls are the least good-looking of any girls in the world, IMO) who happens to go to Brandeis.
