Weird PCIe Molex on my PSU

Hey all,

I just picked up a 7800GTX and a new 600 watt Cooler Master PSU. When I tried to hook it up, the PSU's 6-pin PCI-e Molex connector had the slightest deviation from the PCIe power connector on my video card.
The PSU's connector looks like this:

But the video card connector looks like it should be receiving a connector like this:

If you notice on the the second one, the center column of pins are both the 6-sided "house" form factor. However the PSU connector I have has a 6-sided connector on top, and the four-sided square connector on the bottom. I have no idea why cooler master would use a connector like this because I can't find evidence of there being different 6-pin PCIe connectors. The manual states it is for a video power source, but has anyone else had this issue? Been looking for hours and can't find a thing... I could force it in, but don't think that's such a good idea.

Many thanks in advance.

To all who viewed this but did not answer:

It seems that issue was limited to the Cooler Master PSU. In the end, the Cooler Master actually has the same voltage issue with the A8NSLI Delux motherboard from ASUS, causing it to reset, so I was forced to buy a new PSU anyhow. The new PSU, and all others I checked out at the store, all had the correct form factor 6-pin PCI-e Molex connector. I'm not sure why Cooler Master has this connector on their PSU, but it seemed to be the only one that did.

There you go.

Seems like the pre-production PCI-E conector design, some other PSUs also had the problem at the very begining.
