Weird partitioning problem

I installed Win2k not too long ago and set up 3 partitions. Two of them, C and D, are NTFS and right around 6 gigs each. I have another, E, that is FAT32 that I used to back up files since I was going from 98SE to 2k, clean install. Now when I run parition magic 7 only my C shows up. The rest of the drive is blank space according to it. So I tried to add a new partition it shows up under partition magic but not under windows. Any ideas? I also have plenty of space to add partitions, 30 some gigs left.

What version of dos is the partition magic running. If it is DR-DOS, it probably does not support anythings higher than 8 GB. You need to used dos from WIN98 or higher
