Fixed the problem. Go into actual settings for 'E-Mail Accounts',
I go into MS Outlook 2002 (Office XP), and I click on New, to open a new e-mail message. I click the "To" button to bring up my contacts and choose from my list. The list is sorted First Name, Last Name. I have already changed the options under "Contacts Options" to have both settings as Last Name, First Name. I have changed all apparent settings and cannot figure out how to change this.
Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
