Weird Network Problem - Win2k Pro - Please Help

System#1: Win2kpro + Linksys LNE100tx NIC (10/100mb)
System#2: Win2kpro + Realtek NIC (10/100mb)

I'm having a weird problem with my network. I have two systems, and both run Win2k Pro. I reformatted one of them lastnight. Now I am having a problem with the network. The systems are connected via Linksys Router/Switch. Everything has been perfect since I bought the Linksys six months ago. After I reformatted one system, I can no longer transfer files. When I transfer files, the system would show "blah %" and then stalls or go very slower, i.e. 1% a minute. Does anyone know if this is a win2k problem or a hardware problem?

I want to emphasize this network worked GREAT before I reformatted the System#1. All drivers appear okay in hardware setting.

Sounds like a driver problem if you have initial connectivity and then no activity... I would try uninstalling the drivers or maybe try updating them. I've seen this a couple of times.

Thanks. I uninstalled the NIC and then reinstall the driver when Windows asked upon bootup. It works now.
