Okay here is something really funny. I'm on a college network so I can have as many ips and I want. Since there is only 1 internet connection on my side of the room I bought a switch, a dlink 10/100. I have a picture that shows the speeds I am getting and I don't understand why I only get 45Mb/s on the switch when connected directly to my college lan. If anyone knows why or how to fix without adding the router Please let me know.
