That sounds like a good call, replace the power supply. Since you replaced the memory and board I would rule those 2 out, they are not the problem. Let us know what happens. The saga continues....
well i change the psu to a unit that has NEVER given me any problems. i put the psu in monday and turned the machine on and asked my wife to use it for her web travels and other stuff she does instead of her machine. last night(thursday) i got home and the computer was locked up, the mouse wouldn't even move. i could see from the programs she had open, all she was doing was surfing, nothing hard. i asked her about it and she said about :45 into her session of surfing, checkine emails, ebay etc, it just locked up, she hit ctrl+alt+del and then the mouse wouldn't even move.... looks like the asus board... 🙁
