There's this one mpg file that is acting very weird for some people. When affected people open it, it actually opens in two windows! One is very choppy and low quality while the other is normal, but if you put it full screen it's the choppy one. It does this in WMP and WMP classic as well as VLC.
Now here's the weird part. It does not do it to me, but it does do it in VLC. In WMP I get an error that it's an invalid format but it does open anyway.
Anyone ever see anything like this? It's almost like the mpg has some special code that tells it to open two windows or something.
