Question weird mouse stuttering in cs:go

Maybe I should have posted this in the mouse section but it's unlikely this is really about my mouse because it ONLY happens in CS:GO.I used to play the game without a problem but one day I start the game and the cursor keeps showing the loading icon,the icon pops up and then disappears in intervals of 2 seconds,and when it is there my frames almost freeze.Again this does not happen in any other game...any ideas?
My mouse is a corsair sabre RGB optical 10000 DPI....absolutely no issues in other games.
Again,I doubt it's the mouse.There must be something the game doesn't like.Any ideas?Is this a known bug?I have googled this and all I really find is low fps issues which is not the case.

Have you ruled out all the other USB connections and devices on the system? My Logitech kb and mouse started having issues. It started with the mouses inability to use the back button while on the Yahoo site. The kb and mouse functions went dowhill from that point over a period of 3 months. The end result was a bad USB cable from the PC to the monitor, it was 4 months old.

UPDATE:I FIXED IT.Today I reverted back to 19.12.2 drivers because the newest ones were annoying me,and now the stuttering is GONE.vanished.no sign of it.....oh god literally the only thing AMD has to get better at is drivers.If they do that,nvidia can't stop them...
