Weird Mouse Problem

I'm running Win2K SP2. Well recently i'm having problem with my mouse. In games such as Half Life, Quake III, FPS in general...When i hold down the duck button (Mouse2) and press fire on the (Mouse1), I'm automatically stand up. I can't just duck and fire at the same time. It just keep bringing me back into the standing position. This problem appears to be in all of the games i play. Really annoying me. Can someone help?
