Weird motherboard readings going from P4C800 to P4C800-E

My P4C800 Deluxe recently started acting funny. Sometimes I would get random blue screens and other times it wouldn't boot. I replaced it with a P4C800-E Deluxe and it's been running fine but my monitor readings seem a little off. According to Motherboard Monitor my 12V rail is at 12.7V when before it was at 11.8V. The 3.3V and 5V rails are also reporting higher voltages.

On the good side I'm able overclock a little higher. I went from 3GHz to 3.18GHz with 1:1 memory clock. I'm running water cooling, but have noticed really reduced temps. The CPU temps went from 38C idle to 29C idle and from 49C load to 41C load. The motherboard temps went from 31C idle to 28C idle (only 1 degree difference bettern CPU and motherboard at idle!) and from 35C load to 32C load. This is with added voltage and speed too.

Whats going on here? Is the E version actually reading these things correctly?
