All they share are their jellybean shape, and their VQ engine, nothing is shared between the two vehicles part wise.

We make several parts that are used on both vehicles.

I am currently making several parts that will be used on the Nissan Titan and the corresponding Nissan SUV, as well as the upcoming Infinity version.
