Fresh diagnose ? memory test

I changed the memory timing (Ras active to precharge from 7 Cycles to 6 cycles),
And obtained the bench score in 2.
The outcome was so great in performance (ut 2003) that I decided to make further
Changes (RAS to CAS delay from 3 cycles to 2 cycles).
When I rebooted and the operating system (XP pro) started to load my computer
Rebooted to default in the bios. (Obviously too much for the memory).
I have never been able to obtain the score in 2., no matter what settings I use?
What could have happened?

Bench 1. Is the score before and now? Regardless of bios settings.
