weird mark on nexus 4 screen

I have these weird marks on my screen they aren't scratches. They look like shiny blotches on the screen I thought it was just something you could wipe off I tried but out never goes away. It looks like a water mark or something. They are a few mm big and appear to be some what circular.

i had one of those underneath my old droid x screen, it was almost like liquid crystal leaked out...

I read somewhere that the Nexus 4 can get hot enough to cause some reaction with the glue bond between the glass and LCD or something like that. Which causes yellow spots to form.

Are they in a vertical row and can only be seen at an angle in sunlight?

Have any chemicals spill on the screen? Ie cleaning solvents?

From your description it sounds like the same as what I'm seeing on my nexus 4, and I'm fairly certain that it's the oleophobic coating wearing off
