Weird Mail behavior

I use Mac Mail on my Mini at home and my MacBook at work. Recently (within the last week or so), some of my "new" mail has been appearing in my inboxes UNbolded, as if it was read.

I do not recall changing any settings (The Viewing Pref is set to 'Display unread messages with bold font', as always) and this behavior occurs for both my personal and work e-mail (totally different servers).

(I believe this is also happening when I check my mail from my iPhone, but, at the moment, I cannot be 100% sure.)

Thoughts?
