weird lag

Hi AT,

so yesterday I was playing Lost Planet 2 without any lag and no problems...

something happened down the line where games like cs source and others are lagging now as well...

Now, i havent upgraded in a while but it did not cause me any trouble before, my old 4000+ san diego, 2GB DDR 400, and a semi new - ati 4870 with 512 MB handled everything I threw at them ..

Any new programs running slowing down the computer? check task manager.
What are you on Cable,DSL ect.?

network is not the issue, all the processes in task manager are legit :/
