weird keyboard problem?

i have a logitech keyboard and it worked fine until 2 days ago at which point the o key only wouldn't always work..it would not type the o when pressed on so i hit it 2 or 3 times then it would repeat the o. so i thought my o key had died. got a new logitech keyboard (different model) and it's doing the same thing!!!!! is this a virus? no other key seems t d this!
 
Try clearing your CMOS. Sometimes the information stored in the CMOS gets a bit of curruption. This can lead to problems from the keyboard not fuctioning right too all the USB headers not working.
 
really? i sort of get that and will try it..fyi, i uninstalled the keyboard and rebooted and it's still doing it..i haven't cleared the cmos forever.
 
nice catch, i think! did the cmos clear and while it's earlier, so far so good in some keyboard testing..i'm glad i got the replacement keyboard mouse for a cheap price or i'd be a bit annoyed with myself. thanks and happy ho ho!
