Weird Kackly noises with speakers

When i play a burnt cd sometimes it makes cackly noises! its weird because only sometimes it does that... Rarely with bought cds and most of the time with burnt cds.. the burnt cds work perfectly on every other music playing device like my discman and cd player... but on my computer it makes weird noises .. but then i try a week later with the same CD and it doesn't!Also i try a different computer and it works.... very odd....
I am using Realtek AC97 Audio......
and i using windows xp
 
mp3 decoding? it happens.
wma decoding? it happens more.

with the mp3 problem either slow down the burn process or try a different decoding software.
with the wma problem I don't know, I convert them to mp3 🙂
