Weird Japanese character on every one of my IE pages..

Take a look at this.

?t.

This pops up on every page after a couple lines. Does anybody know how to fix this?

It's an (apostrophe t) as far as I can see.

Right click on the page, select Encoding, then Western ISO or Western Windows.
