Occassionally (in this case the Awesome Deals at NewEgg in Hot Deals) when a thread is at the bottom of a page it will appear at the top of the next page. When I double check there is only one thread. This isn't a problem but it's interesting.

That probably just means that between the time you loaded the first page and the time the second page was served, one of the threads from the second page onwards was replied to and bumped to the top of the list. Happens all the time to me, especially when there's 100 threads/page and it's a pretty active category, e.g. For Sale.
