Weird issue with PCPaC silencer 950w

I just received this psu today and hooked it up. My sata connections are getting power and the 6+2 pin pcie are getting power, however the 4 pin peripheral connectors aren't. Any idea why these connectors might not be working even though everything else is getting power fine?

How many devices are hooked up that isn't getting power? If it is just one, maybe the device is faulty. If it is multiple, then maybe the PSU is faulty. You should use a multimeter to see if the peripheral connectors are putting out the right voltages.

You asked the same question on hardocp and people said to rma the psu. Any reason why you keep posting without actually talking to the manufacturer? That's not the way to approach a problem.
