Hey guys, ever since I formatted and installed last week, I've been having a weird issue.
It seems that Windows doesn't want to run InstallerShield files, specifically versions 5.10.145-146. All other versions of InstallerShield, or at least the later versions, are running fine.
Whenever I try to run the file, nothing happens. I checked to see if it creates any new processes, and apparently it doesn't. Windows just won't run the darn files.

This issue is preventing me from installing my digital camera software and some sound card software. Any help on how I can correct this without having to reinstall windows or remove service pack 2 would be greatly appreciated!!
