Ok, I have my broadband ISP service through ATT and yesterday I could not connect to the internet. I tired the NIC diagnostics and it passed, I also tried network diagnostics and it said the NIC was communicating with the network, also the cable modems front light is on (for cable), and yet, I cannot load a webpage. Do you think it is my computer's problem or my ISPs? I talked to my ISP and they said they have no outage in my area.
