Well, for some reason, I have to load it twice. First time I go to any page (pics.bbzzdd.com, citibank.com and other pages that do work) it says Resolving Host, then times out. I'm using Mozilla 1.7 BTW. I have tried reinstalling Mozilla, virus scan (AVG), and spyware search (adaware.)

Thanks,
Kishan

Are you on cable, DSL? Try switching DNS address. I was having the same slow surfing problems, pages would time out, took forever for it to connect or load but my download speeds were great. I changed DNS address under my router and its been running good ever since. Visit here, got alot of good info: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/cable,rr Its for Road Runner Cable but hopfully it will help.

Try disabling the "DNS Client Service" (assuming that your computer isn't part of an "Active Directory Forest", which if it's a home machine, it won't be). You can find that under the "Services" MMC snap-in, which you can get to if you right-click "My Computer", and select "Manage".
