Weird internet connection problem

My connection lately seems to time out every few minutes - can't connect to any website, anything downloading goes down to nothing, can't ping anything. In a minute, everything is back to normal. The router says it is connected when this happens. It's not the computer, because it happens with both computers connected to the router, one on a wired and one on a wireless connection.

I'm really scratching my head on this one. Any ideas?
