Weird IE7 and Firefox issue

Sometimes when browsing IGN and some other pages the mouse will just start flickering uncontrollably without me doing anything. It's very annoying and it just started happening. I haven't made any significant changes to anything. Running Media Center with latest version of firefox and internet explorer.
 
I am using Firefox 1.5.0.3 and on some sites, mainly Yahoo Mail & Yahoo Finnance
the fonts are changing ... one time they are the way I want them ... next time to the
same page they are smaller .... sometimes the choices are running together ... for
exampe the "mail" tab & the "make yahoo my homepage" tab

I think (hope) that those idiots at yahoo are trying some new web page codes
 
I wonder if it might be the site and not the browser, as it only happens on some sites very often. Namely boards.ign.com and teamxbox.com
 
I've had that when the mouse just wonders across the screen by itself? It stops as soon as I move the mouse though. Not sure if that's what you're experiencing though. Only happens here at work. Using Firefox 1.5.0.3 and a wired MS mouse. Doesn't happen at home with same ff and wireless logitech.
