Hello all,
I client of mine has a problem with IE that I can't figure out. Basically, it sometimes won't close. You can have a normal window up, be doing normal stuff, and when you click the X or File-> Close it does nothing. This happens about half the time, in no particular pattern. I did notice that IE is using 99% of the CPU time when this happens. The only way to close it is by ending the task in the task manager.
Does anyone know what I could try to do to fix this? It already has all the latest updates.
I have checked MS's knowledge base for this already, but feel free to link to things you think might be useful.
Thanks,
Swan
