i have win2k and i have a folder named "41/" on my desktop..it was never there before so i tired to remove it and it didnt let me..does anyone know where it belongs or what it exactly is? thx.
I'd say you either need to scandisk really badly or you have a virus/hacker. Try scandisking the hard disk first, but make sure you've backed up any important data just in case.
If you have a cable modem/dsl (especially if you stay on 24/7) you should download ZoneAlarm or start using a hardware firewall.
