Weird Firefox Problems

I've been having weird firefox problems.

First, it takes FOREVER to start up. I have the same extensions on my previous install and it worked fine, but now, its extremely slow start up.

And the biggest problem is hanging. Several times an hour, firefox just refuses to connect to the internet with some tabs. Some tabs work fine, other tabs just say connecting to some time, then say done. My Gmail extension also fails to connect to gmail. All other programs that use the internet work fine while firefox isn't working.

If I exit normally during this, I can't just restart it. I have to wait about 30 seconds as a multiple process error comes up if i click on firefox again right after. If I want to speed it up, I have to go to the task manager to fix it.

How can I fix this? I've already tried reinstalling, and deleting the profiles.

Try uninstalling, cleaning the registry, and reinstalling. Make sure Java and any plugins, especially Flash, are up to date.
