Hi, I just recently installed Norton System Works 2002 with the anti-virus. Today i installed Norton Personal Firewall and after the installation i rebooted and the first thing that popped up when i got into windows was an error message that said: "navapw32.exe - Entry Point Not Found" then "The procedure entry point ?SRStopRedirect@@YAKK@Z could not be located..." But after i click OK, it goes away and norton starts up in my systray like normal. the only thing is that email scanning is disabled and I looked this problem up on the Symantec support pages and i found the page dealing with this exact problem at Linky.
I followed the steps they had posted to the LETTER but at the end when i reinstall the personal firewall and then reboot, the pop up message comes back. I'm open to suggestions right about now. Does anyone have XP running with NSW 2002 and NPF???? if so, do u think i just need a new SymRedir.dll file?? Thanks in advance!!
