Weird drawing problems with 6800gt pcie

I have an XFX 6800gt PCIE ion my Dual Opteron setup and I have been getting wired drawing problems in games. There will be a poly go that starts from an object and go all the way across the screen. There is sometimes more than one of these. It seems to happen in most of the games (Halo, HL2, WoW, etc). Any ideas as to what would cause this? I have tried diffrent drivers from nvidia and it's the same problem.

its the card. maybe faulty, and one of the many reasons people don't recomend xfx cads. tell them and send it back. also try to reseat it.
 
another XFX problem, just keep popping up all the time...next time stay away from this company. try swapping the GPU in another system to check if its the GPU. however it looks like the GPU is malfunctioning.
