Weird Delivery process...

Living in Canada, I always order photography equipments from B&H as their
price+14% Canadain sales tax+shipping charge is far cheaper than they are in Canada.

Anyway, This shipment that I'm waiting shows somewhat strange delivery status:

Shipment Accepted, February 28, 2007, 12:23 pm, BROOKLYN, NY 11256
International Dispatch, February 28, 2007, 3:09 am, KENNEDY AMC
Enroute, February 28, 2007, 3:08 am, JAMAICA, NY 11499
Enroute, February 27, 2007, 8:31 pm, JAMAICA, NY 11499
Electronic Shipping Info Received, February 27, 2007

What's weird is that the shipment is, after being at international dispatch', now at 'Brooklyn' instead of 'Foreign Customs'.
(Brooklyn is where B&H or B&H warehouse is located).

Does it mean that the item was returned to B&H?
