Weird day for online orders

Just got two online orders today. The first was missing an important part. It was an engraved pen, but it came empty. The other one was a 50pack cdr. I order one. They sent me four. No wonder why the box was so big. tsk.tsk..tsk..

So you don't find anything nuts about the source he referred to in his third point? I Mean MAYBE I can see some agreement on point #2, but his third point the source of the data was totally ridiculous such that point 4 hardly warranted my even saying how obviously poor it is...not to mention entirely incorrect.
