Weird date format in cable modem logs

My cable internet service has been really flaky lately, so I took a look at the modem logs. I see a bunch of DHCP failures and T3 timeouts, but I can't figure out when they are happening because I can't figure out what the date format.

Anyone know what date/time this is?
