Weird customer at my job today

I was standing there 5 mintues before getting off my shift, my feet were killing me and this guy slides up with a padded envelop and some bubble wrap. Our managers have an encentive program going where we get extra points for trying to be personable with customers, I smiled politely and asked the customer "mailing a package?" this guy looked at me with such sheer contempt and hatred that it scared me.

It takes all kinds I guess but I sure hope they get him back on his meds soon, he was creepy ! :Q
