Anyone else experienced this:

On FOX News and ESPN a big black box shows up on the TV after about 5-10 secs. It blocks most of the picture.
Changed channel and went back to FOX or ESPN ---> Box gone but reappears after 5-10 secs.

Edit: typo in title

I have Cox cable... Currently pay $96 for my apartment per month... for cable internet, digital cable, and HBO...

COX is terrible... I had that black box problem before once.. Cox eventually fixed it. Cable goes out for a few minutes at least once a week. There's fuzz sometimes - especially when I'm recording Enterprise high-quality on my ReplayTV. Cable internet died for 3 days - they told me it was me who set it up wrong (i didn't change anything and it started working again). Some time between Conan and Leno, NBC goes blurry for a few hours once in a while..

There's a lot more crap that Cox causes... Oh well.. that serves me right for buying from a monopoly.

With digital cable, if a bunch of people are watching the same channel, does it cause problems? Cause I sometimes have the same problem, and it's usually on really popular shows - Sopranos, 24, Monday Night Football, etc.

There's a reason why I used to call it [Sucks] Cox Cable.

Of course, with the crappy connection I have now, I'd be pleased as punch to have Cox again. My current 1.5Mb DSL hits a maximum of about 100 Kb on a good day. :(
