Weird color issues with Safari 4?

I was looking at a picture I posted in a forum thread and noticed how odd the colors were looking. I loaded up the pic in a separate Safari 4 window and the colors looked much more normal.

Any idea what might be the culprit here? An issue with color profiles possibly?

I would say color profiles, but I've only seen my Mac do something like that when I had it hooked up to an external display. And that was a color profile mismatch on each one, so I'd move it from one monitor to the other and you could watch it change color temps.

I'm not really sure what to suggest here.

It could still be the color profiles, if the website stripped the profile from the image itself.
