Weird college question

So I will try to make this as little complicated as possible.

I currently attend school A. I was studying one major for a while and decided to change since it wasn't working out. I have some classes that I didn't do so well in on my transcript that don't count towards my new major.

I want to attend school B since it is a better school for the major I am now pursuing.

My question is this. Can I transfer to school B purely on my high school transcripts in order to get a fresh start in my new major. I don't care that I will lose all of my grades classes all of that stuff I have paid for. I want a clean slate under my new major even if it means starting over.

Is this illegal in any way? Will I be able to do this? Will there be any way for future employers to know that I did this? Other schools?

Thanks

Most schools transfer in all classes you have taken and earned at least a C-, but your GPA starts as if you've taken no credits.

Well there are only two classes I have done worse than a C- in. I was just hoping that I could start with a new transcript or a "blank slate". So you mean that my GPA won't transfer?

It makes sense that GPA won't transfer: I can get 3.9 GPA in community college, transfer it to elite university, get say...2.9 gpa, and average of 3.4? Nah that would not work, gotta earn high GPA in Uni as well.

I went to the U of Minn for a year, transferred to a tech school and only transferred a few classes that I needed. When I came back here, I didn't even turn in a transcript from the tech and they didn't care. Of course, those were all tech classes that would've counted for nothing here.... Just ask school B's admissions office.

If you don't say you want to transfer credits, how will they possibly know you went somewhere else for a while? It's certainly not illegal.
