Weird coincidence...

I was bored earlier, so I put on Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle, and finished it about 10 minutes ago. Now I'm channel hopping, and lo and behold, TBS pops up right at the part with the White Castle commercial near the beginning.

That and they totally edited the hell out of it. "The things I would eat out of her HAND"? What the heck is that?

What weird me out is when I'm listening to two completely separate radio stations (different owners, etc.) and they have the exact same commercial running at the exact same timing.

God, I can't watch this. They cut out all of the good parts, like where the guy goes crazy in the burger place about wanting to burn it down. The whole movie is just ruined, and I didn't think it was possible to ruin a movie this stupid.

Why are you listening to two radio stations at the same time? That would drive me nuts.

I was flipping through presets. ;) The radio down here is so bad I lose track of how many times I flip through my presets looking for something decent.

TBS always has some hilariously pathetic dubbing efforts on all their movies. In some cases that's the only reason I watch as much of them as I do, as I want to see what was mangled.

Parts of Kill Bill were either really CGIed or had been intentionally redone for television ("Party Wagon", anyone?) when their aired it. I would love to see what they do to Pulp Fiction.

They totally screwed this whole movie up. It's playing again, at 6pm EST on a Sunday, which is prime-time as far as I can tell. They cut out "trim" from the Doogie Howser scene, yet they left "blowjobs" and "eat my balls" in it. How exactly does that work?

It doesn't work. You've got these overpaid TV execs with the god complexes who think they are the definitive word on what's ok and whats not, even though they're so far out of the loop it's not even funny. Kinda like that dude Jack at Sony.
