Weird CMD error

only one occurrence? probably jusy a glitch, but you should check you'r memory, PSU and temperatures.
multiple (exactly the same) occurrences? probably corrapted data, but also could be a malware.

multiple (but noy exactly the same) occurrences? some or both of the above.
 
Somebody as a mistake (or as prank) but a cmd.com file in your system32 directory. cmd.exe is what your trying to run. Delete the cmd.com file.
 
Thanks, it was a hidden file in the directory. Its kind of funny I didnt realize it said .com and not .exe. Thanks for the help mate!

Somebody as a mistake (or as prank) but a cmd.com file in your system32 directory. cmd.exe is what your trying to run. Delete the cmd.com file.

Why would .com files still be executed first on Windows?

Yes it does seem stupid, I can only chalk it up to one of those DOS things that just never died.
