Weird clicking

Recently, I've been playing around with my PC, I removed the heatsink and cpu, and reassembled it. However, I took off the bracket a few days ago, and noticed that the heatsink was sliding around, so I reconnected it. Now, every so often, I hear a clicking noise from my computer. What's the problem, and how do I fix it?
