Weird Cell Phone Problem

I have a weird weird cell phone problem. I used to have T-Mobile and it sucked. I would get calls go straight to voicemail all the time, and the service wasn't great so I just changed to Cingular. Got a Nokia 6230, which rocks. I've made calls and recieved a couple. I have my phone sitting in my room. My gf calls me on her cell. She says it rings once and goes straight to voicemail. She tried it 3 times. Then, she calls from her home phone, and it goes through. What's going on? Why her cell phone and nothing else (I didn't even move the phone at all and I have perfect service) Please help. Thanks

But then it will keep ringing and ringing and never go to voicemail if I'm not around, right?. And she's the only one with this problem and only on her cell, everyone else gets through.

call them.. they had so much programming problems..

ie..

my voice mail never worked for more than 3 month

some how, the voice mailbox got reassigned to someone else #, so when you call my line, it rings but someone else gets the voice mail... this keep happening.. so within my 2 year contract, i had to call them over 6 times.. and this sept, im switching out..

on a few times, when they call me, my phone doesn't ring but someone picked up and it was some other people's phone

weird stuff keep happening.. they had to delete my vmail box and put me on a different server to make sure it doesn't get over written or reassigned..

and the bad part was they're only open m - saturday and each call takes over 1 hour to fix
