Hey, I've been having problems booting up my system, I can only get it to boot up if I reset the bios and if I put in the keyboard in the ps/2 slot at the right time during boot up or it doesnt boot up.

comp specs:

msi k7t turbo limited edition mobo
1.4ghz t-bird athlon
30gig western digital hd
256 pc133 ram
geforce 2 mx200 vcard
20x cd.dvd rom
300 watt psu

ive had this problem since i got my computer up for the first time. is it maybe because i installed winxp? because im on winxp right now.
wtf is up with this thing?? if i cant get this problem fixed i can never update my video card drivers, bios, windows stuff, etc. so its a large inconvience.

anyone got any ideas? if i missed any info you guys might need about my sys just ask me

i dont think thats an xp problem, because the bios has first control over the computer before it tries to pass it to an operating system......try going for the bare minimums (floppy + video), and see if that works, if so, then start adding parts until it stopps. if not, you may have faulty equip within your cpu / mobo / video
