weird bootup annoyance

Its not a very big deal, but any suggestions to solve it are more than welcome.
I have a new DFI mobo(CB 61-socket 370). Imagine normally booting then going to windows, which all what our comps are doing. This system on SOME occasions, specially on cold boots, doesnt show the booting procedure, (i can hear it though), then just shows me that im already at the windows screen. Its just annoying. Im looking at the monitor lights(that tells you if the monitor is running or on standby mode) and it just turns green when im windows.

Like i said its not on all instances, some only.

I dont know if i made sense here, but please help me out

TIA

Maybee it's a motherboard problem or the video card. Try swaping the video card see if that does anything.

Thanks Coki, but ive tried it(swapping vid cards) and its still is there; the monitor is a toughie swap to do though. But i dont recall having a problem with this monitor though🙂
