Weird Booting / hard drive MBR problem

I have two hard drives, a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB as the main drive and a Caviar Green 1.5 TB as data drive.
They have been working in tandem flawlessly for the past 10 months or so.

Recently I moved to a nearby apartment because my old room was going to be gassed for termites and then some general improvements / repair.

After settling down in the new room and setup my computer I began noticing some problems when booting. After a few second trying to load up GRUB from my main drive, the computer would reboot. I would then have to reinstall GRUB using my linux live cd. This has happened about 3-4 times already in the 3 weeks I have been living in this room.

I am beginning to suspect some kind of damage with my Samsung Spinpoint but scandisk and hddscan revealed nothing.
Any suggestion ?

My bad, here they are :

AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE (not overclocked atm)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 CPU cooler

HIS Radeon 6870 1GB

Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB with four primary partitions :
- 840 NTFS (c: drive, win 7)
- 160 MB for /boot (Ubuntu 12.04)
- 31 GB of ext4 for /
- 60 GB of bitlocker encrypted ntfs

Western Digital Caviar Green 1.5 TB
- 1300 GB of NTFS for data storage
- 2 GB of linux swap

Grub is stored in /dev/sda (i.e. the Samsung F3)

Did you look inside for dust or bugs.check all connection.and that 400w psu must be getting tired

I did a dust clean up about three weeks ago right before installing the CM 212 cooler. Probably will do a next one next week, but it -really- doesnt sound like a psu problem since I have no problems when I am already in Windows / Linux.
