Weird audio files playing on my computer

I have like little advertisments playing on my computer, I dont know what the source is. I turned off all programs that could be doing it and I keep hearing them. It just started sometime today or last night, it was doing it when I came home from work today so I dont know exactly when it started. I also keep getting these werid new programs asking for internet access through ZoneAlarm. I denied them all. I also ran Spyware Doctor and ZoneAlarm and quite a few things were caught. But the little ads are still running. Anyone ever heard of such a thing?
 
i've heard of it, it's called spyware. You are infected. Spyware doctor is good, but does NOT catch or find all spyware. You should run other programs as well. Adaware, Spysweeper, Trendmicro antipspyware, Spybot, are great programs to run as well.
 
make sure Adaware and the other anti-spyware programs signature files are updated.

generaly you can manually update, or automatically via the program.
