Weird AT Banner

I have never seen a banner like this on AT before and it just seems weird to me. I have not clicked it as I have a feeling my 'prize' would be a virus of some sort (maybe I am just paranoid). Anyway, is this a normal banner, or is something weird going on?

I don't think I've seen that banner ad on AT, either, but I HAVE seen similar ads elsewhere around the net. Probably just a marketing ploy.

I thought that originally as well, which is why I did not post about it right away, but the next day I got it at home (at work the first time). Weird stuff if you ask me.
