Weird Al has more talent than 90% of the most popular singers right now

There's plenty of good music out there. People just like to reminisce about the "good old days" when [insert thing here] was better. 😉

This has been a great year for music, even a lot of the stuff on the radio I've heard this year I feel like will turn into classics. There has always been Miley Cyruses, even in the days of Led Zeppelin.

There's a lot of great new music out there, in different genres. The problem is that none of it gets played on the radio, and therefore much of it remains obscure.

Good Old Days

You asked for it.

I clicked your link thinking I would see a video related to the Dukes! 😱

I don't know if it get's any better than when he sings 'Smells Like Nirvanna'

I celebrate the mans entire catalog.

There's tons of good music out there, but you won't find it on mainstream radio. I agree that talent has taken a backseat in popular music. You could hear decent top40 songs up into the 80s, and I think decent popular alt rock died in the early 90s sometime. Now you really have to search. College radio is probably your best bet.

I saw the little runt sitting there on a log
I asked him his name and in a raspy voice he said Yoda
Y-O-D-A Yoda
Yo yo yo yo yo-da
