Weird AC Issue

About 6 months ago, the AC in my car decided that it wouldn't want to function when I set it to fan speed 1 - doesn't matter if I have it on max/ac/fan/vent/floor/defrost. It will work at 2 and above, and of course the off function works. Also, the controls appear to be getting power (light comes on when AC is selected) but the fan doesn't appear to be moving.

Any ideas on what this could be? Doesn't really bother me except my fiancee doesn't like it that cold, and she always shifts it to 1 - which of course doesn't work!

Either the fan switch or the resister block. if they still use them on there it should be located under the hood near the blower motor in the blower box. Just look for a block with wires attached to the blower air box. if you see it, remove it, and look at the resistors, should be about 3-4 of different sizes. If you see one thats busted and broken, go change that part for about $15. if not its your fan switch, can be a pain, but around the same money if you buy it anywhere but the dealer. Even cheaper if you go to the junk yard for thats a pocket part.

Awesome, I'll take a look at that this weekend. About to go pay to get my front end re-aligned because I ran over a curb about a year and half ago - and pretty much f'ed it up and didn't care less. The car is paid off, and the only problems with it are the weird alignment (it completely balded the passenger tire in over a year) and that AC. Other than that, awesome car! Thanks!
