Weird A8N32-SLI Problem

I have my FSB at 312MHz, and the HTT multi at 3x. Shouldn't the HTT speed be 924? It reads it as 312MHz for some reason. I know it probably won't make much of a performance difference, but does anyone know if this can be fixed?
